John Mandt is a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBCˢᵐ) who is passionately committed to helping federal employees understand and navigate their federal benefits so they can feel confident in their financial plans.

In addition to helping federal employees reach their financial goals since 2010, John is deeply involved in the local community. He and Sharla, his wife, enjoy spending time with their 3 children (Brenden, Kaya, and Kieren) and their Great Danes (Joey and Bettie). John lives with his family in Farmington, MN

Sherry comes to Aileron Financial with experience in a variety of office administration positions, including facilities management, employee services, customer service, human resources, contract management, records management, IT support, and communications services. She's worked in a number of industries from non-profit companies and churches to a super-computer company and a car dealership.


When Sherry isn't helping businesses grow through her business administration skills, she applies her organizational skills when her friends and family ask her for help. She enjoys crafts and reading, and she's a lifelong sci-fi buff with a personal library of over 300 sci-fi books. When her kids and grandkids affectionately call her a "geek," she welcomes it proudly.
